The Property You Rent:
All the properties we rent have been prepared to comply with current legislation; they are clean and have a detailed inventory of the condition for your protection.

Viewings:
Viewing will be arranged to suit your requirements either accompanied or un-accompanied.
Should the viewing be un-accompanied suitable identification and signature is required for keys.

Reservations
Property reservations are made by the payment of the Property Deposit and subject to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement.

References:
References are always required to establish the Tenants ability to comply with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement

Deposits:
Security deposits are required for all properties and will be held by ourselves as stakeholders in a secure Clients Account throughout the term to cover any failure in liabilities under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.

Rents:
These are all payable in advance either by monthly Standing Order or into our town centre office.
Rents do not usually include Council Tax or service costs relating to the property.
