The Property You Rent:
All the properties we rent have been prepared to comply with current legislation, they are clean and have a detailed inventory and schedule of condition prepared prior to your occupation.
Viewings will be arranged at mutually convenient times during working hours. Should clients allow unaccompanied viewings, suitable identification will be required, along with a signature in order to collect keys from our offices.
A property may be reserved by the payment of the administration fee but subject to references and signature of the tenancy agreement.
Written references are always required to establish a tenant’s ability to comply with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
A security deposit is payable in advance and all tenant’s deposits are protected via The Dispute Service (TDS). The deposit is held by ourselves in a secure client’s account to ensure the property is retuned to us in good order and in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
These are payable in advance, preferably by monthly standing order. Rents do not usually include council tax or services to the property.
